ADA Project Coordinator, UNC Charlotte
This is my second set of coaching sessions with Anne, and I uncovered additional strengths and insights, as well as new tools and techniques to support my professional and personal development. Anne has a unique way of guiding me towards progress, no matter what mind set I was in at the beginning of a session. I feel so much more empowered at the end of each session, and I really love the tools to maintain that mindset long after the sessions end.
What is different about you since you started coaching?
I definitely feel more empowered professionally and personally, but I'm so much more confident in myself. I now rely more on internal motivators and supports, rather than just external ones.
What did you like the most about your coaching sessions?
I loved acquiring the tools to help me maintain my insights and progress long-term. I really liked unpacking my Gremlin and identifying the impacts of being an Obliger.
How would you describe your coaching experience to others?
It is a very tangible process that is most certainly supportive and affirming, but also provides long-term techniques and tools that help me way past the end of the coaching sessions.
I really like the phone method of meetings. Anne is very effective despite not being in person.
