When I began working with Anne at A Strong U, I was feeling stalled.  I had a great business and was overall happy with where I was, but just needed something to help me get excited about approaching the day.  Anne helped me to dive a little deeper and to really investigate what drives me and how to tap into that more often.  Using some of her many tools, Anne helped me to clarify my vision both for my business and also for my own personal wellness.  It has truly changed how I approach each day as well as the many relationships in my life.
