Anne Barwick and her A Strong U program have given me priceless tools that I use on a daily basis when interacting with adults and kids.  Anne worked extensively with our school Administrative team, helping us to understand our personality types so that we could better appreciate our strengths, differences, and areas to improve upon so that we could be a more productive team.  I have also used Anne for our Athletic programs, she designed and guided a team building program for our Varsity women’s volleyball team.  The feedback from the coaches and the players was excellent, they viewed it as incredibly helpful, enlightening and positive.

Personally, I can attest that A Strong U builds better leaders.  I have been in leadership positions in the past, but none that required me to interact daily with a large administrative team.  I’ll admit that I was a bit intimidated at first when I was added to the school admin team, sitting across from the Head of School, principals, HR, accounting, and other department heads was uncomfortable.    Anne’s coaching allowed me to come out of my shell, participate fully with confidence and develop better problem-solving skills to become a valuable member of the team.

I use Anne’s A Strong U skills every day, with conflict resolution between coaches, coaches to parents, and coaches to kids. Strong U has taught me to take time to step back and look at the situation from all viewpoints, determine who is actually responsible for the conflict, and work out ways to resolve so that everyone feels heard and achieves a resolution that works for all.

I would highly recommend Strong U, I am a better listener and leader because of Anne.
